JANE is Wyre’s Jira platform — the central hub for logging and tracking Change Requests.

This module takes 8 to 12 minutes. You will make decisions, get feedback and practise applying the JANE rules. Your progress is saved in this browser only — no login, no personal data, no tracking.

By the end you can

Explain why Wyre uses JANE.
Recognise what changes in the new way of working.
Describe your responsibilities in the process.
Distinguish a Small Change from a Standard Change.
Submit a complete and useful Change Request.
Collaborate and update information correctly.
Avoid actions that harm reporting and governance.

Good to know

JANE is still improving and changing to meet Wyre’s needs, so some details will evolve.
This prototype does not connect to the real JANE environment.
